Between March 5th and 7th, the world’s eyes were focused on the most prestigious event in the tourism industry, ITB Berlin. And this year, Romania made its presence felt with an impressive national pavilion, hosting no less than 38 co-exhibitors.

Among the exhibitors were renowned tour operators, experienced travel agencies, and associations supporting the development of the tourism sector. Representatives of local and regional public authorities were also present, highlighting the close collaboration between the private and public sectors in promoting Romanian tourism.

The Incoming Romania Association stood out for its active participation in the event, with 14 members present at the exhibition. These members represented a blend of experience and expertise in the tourism industry, dedicated to offering visitors an authentic and captivating insight into Romania’s tourism offer.

Among the association’s members were prominent names such as Active Holidays Romania, Ava Top Travel, BIBI Incoming, Carpathian Travel Center, Click2travel, Eastern European Experience, Encyclopedia TOURS, George Turism, RoTours Incoming Concept, Romania Tours, Top Tours Romania, Unique Au Monde, and World Synergy Travel – Incoming Tour Operator Romania & Bulgaria, Zenit Voyages. Each of these agencies and tour operators presented a diversified range of tourist experiences, from outdoor adventures to cultural tours and relaxation at renowned spas.

Promoting Romania as a first-class tourist destination was the main mission of these exhibitors. Through rich and varied presentations of tourist attractions, authentic traditions, and refined gastronomy, they aimed to draw attention to the country’s vast potential.

With united efforts between the public and private sectors, and with boundless enthusiasm from the exhibitors, Romania welcomed visitors from around the world with open arms, offering them an unforgettable tourist experience.
