In a remarkable display of cultural exchange and tourism promotion, 12 members of the Incoming Romania Association participated in the prestigious FITUR Madrid 2024, held from January 24 to January 28. The association proudly represented Romania at the Romanian National Stand, captivating the audience with the country’s rich heritage, diverse landscapes, and vibrant traditions.
What set the Incoming Romania Association apart was its strategic focus on presenting programs specifically adapted to resonate with Spanish-speaking countries. This approach aimed to foster stronger ties and increased tourism from the Spanish-speaking world to Romania. With 165 national stands, each representing a unique corner of the globe, and over 85.000 visitors, FITUR Madrid 2024 stood as a truly international affair.
