This year, 18 tour operators members of the Incoming Romania Association were present at one of the largest tourism fairs – World Travel Market – taking place in London between Nov 6 and Nov 8, 2023.

With over 38,000 visitors and 3,500 exhibitors from 184 countries, the WTM is an annual meeting point for tourism professionals worldwide. The fair hosted more than 70 events on the most relevant topics for world tourism in three days.

In the Romanian national stand, organized by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, there were 40 co-exhibitors, 25 of which were travel agencies, each with its own desk, promoting specific programs, proof of the variety and diversity of our country’s tourism offer.

Romania had the best participation at this fair in the last 8 years, the organization of the stand was highly appreciated and the atmosphere was collegial and professional. More than 10,000 interested visitors passed by Romania’s stand and some even made travel plans for their next holiday.
